Current educational and training infrastructure available in the educational institutions throughout the country are inadequate in proportion to the huge and ever-growing demand for skilled labour. There are not many trained and highly skilled trainers available for imparting the education and training to youth. The faculty ought to be motivated and skilled for efficient knowledge dissemination.
